Easy savepoint shader

A simple savepoint shader for the unity URP pipeline. It specifically was made for unity version 2022.3.19f1 using a different version may cause issues

What does this shader do?

Moves a model up and down

Uses texture offset

Makes the model glow when you get far away from it
